Our Mission is to meet the ‘kneads’ of young people IN OUR LOCAL COMMUNITIES; by providing practical training and jobs within our business and WITH OTHER local mentors & BUSINESSES.
We hope this will enable them to carve out a path and bake up their own ‘batch of fresh ideas’ for their future, whilst also giving back to THOSE AROUND THEM.
